Day One

After a bit of a rough and slow start, I managed to write 2160 words last night. Thanks to day light savings, I had 1 free hour of writing. I got a little freaked out because I had looked at the time and saw it was 1:30am. Then some time went by while I typed away. Then I glanced at the time, it was 1:00am, again.

I had to ask my new Nano buddy this year, Thom, if it was day light savings. Kind of weird but at least I didn't feel like I was up so late. That is when I went to bed, and I had a hard time sleeping because my mind was racing with new ideas, and what I planned to do next.

Unfortunatly, the Nanowrimo site is slow as hell, like always, so I had a hard time updating my work count, but it seemed to have finally just gone through.
